Carson and Ben have been best friends for over a decade and work together seamlessly. Carson, as Founder and Executive Director, drives the vision and spearheads the mission, while Ben, the Operations Director, keeps everything moving forward with precision and efficiency.
Carson Williams
Founder & Executive Director
Carson has always had a heart to guide, teach, and empower those around him. His passion for mentorship stems from a deep desire to help others grow. He seeks to do this by sharing his knowledge, leading by example, and supporting others as they navigate life's challenges.
During his time in the Navy, Carson developed the discipline and Endurance that define his leadership today. More importantly, this period deeply strengthened his Faith and officially marked the beginning of his journey as a mentor to young men. He holds a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership and a Master's in Christian Leadership, equipping him with a strong foundation in guiding others. In addition to his formal education, Carson has deeply explored psychology and is passionate about understanding the thoughts and motivations that drive human behavior. He is happily married to his wonderful wife, Aspen, and they are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their baby girl this spring.
Carson leads with heart and seeks to form a brotherhood where young men are challenged to grow, take ownership of their lives, and step into their full potential by seeking God’s Will. Mentoring is Carson’s passion in life and this is his mission: To forge the next generation of men so they may live courageously for Christ.
Ben Crotinger
Operations Director
Ben is a natural leader who seeks to glorify God by guiding, supporting, and uplifting those around him. He has always been eager to lead with a servant’s heart, driven by a deep desire to steward his talents for God’s purpose—whether by sharing wisdom, directing operations with integrity, or walking alongside others in Faith through life’s trials.
With six years of service in the U.S. Navy as an Arabic translator, including one tour overseas, Ben developed the discipline and Endurance that now anchor his leadership. It was during this time that his Faith in Christ was profoundly deepened, shaping him into a man reliant on God’s strength. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arabic and is completing his Master’s of Business Administration at UCLA, set to graduate in Spring 2025, equipping him to manage operations with both earthly skill and heavenly perspective.
At FEW, Ben leads with devotion, aiming to create a workplace where God’s Will is sought, and teams are challenged to grow in purpose and unity. As a husband and father, he raises his children with his wife, striving to model a life surrendered to Christ. This is his mission: To forge a path of operational excellence and faithful living, inspiring others to pursue their God-given potential while honoring Him in all things.
